For first-time requests, be advised that the portal will only accept @gcasconnect.org e-mail addresses. Simply click "New Support Ticket" and fill in the necessary details. It is crucial that you indicate your region as well as opposed to simply indicating your area.
Once you have created a ticket, you will first receive an email acknowledging the ticket creation. Shortly after, you will receive another email regarding the activation of your sign-up at the portal. Please click the link provided in that email. You will then be asked to create a password. This will be the password you will use to login on this portal where you can create new tickets and also check on the status of your previously created tickets.
