As previously announced, we are closing this helpdesk to make our ticket creations easier as we move to, no need to create an account or login anymore! 

Go to our re-launched Fusion website at then under the Apps tab, select Shared Services HelpDesk and it will open a form where you can create a ticket request. You may save the link from the tab for future use.

We have moved our records to and will close this helpdesk soon.
